This is because the nature of work is constantly changing. The physical
strength of the individual is mostly linked to job stress, which increases the
likelihood of mistakes, subpar work output, mental health problems, burnout,
and finally, conflict at work.

Workplace stress has a direct
impact on employees' health and productivity levels within the company. In
fact, there is a correlation between stressful work environments and higher
rates of tardiness, absenteeism, and employee intentions to quit. It could be
very expensive for the company to hire new employees in this kind of situation.
They should require training and development on the job roles following
recruiting. The production of the organization will be affected by this
technique, which should receive additional funding. There is a functioning gap
between the novice and the training participant as well. This also has an
impact on the organization's productivity. The company's reputation in the

- Increasing productivity: It is done by setting realistic goals and
expectations and providing employees with the resources they need to meet
these targets.
- Reducing costs: By
removing unnecessary stress we can reduce the cost in the organization.
This might include things like unrealistic deadlines, excessive workloads,
or poor working conditions.
To improve communication, increase
productivity and reduce costs are among reasons why stress management is
important for HRM employees. Few techniques can be used to control workplace
stress. These include

• Increase Productivity: It is
achieved by setting targets and making resources available to employees to
enable them meet these objectives.
• Reduce Cost: We can reduce cost in
the organization by taking away undue stress. Unrealistic deadlines, excessive
workload or poor working conditions may be some of these costs.
