CRM system training. likewise, in the hospitality industry, a restaurant
executive may require training in the use of computerized systems for taking
customer orders. Technical training could be given by either internal or
external trainers.
• Quality Training - Quality training
entails educating personnel on how to recognize, avoid, and remove the reasons
of poor quality of the product or service. Employees are frequently trained on
ISO standards, which use specific criteria to monitor quality. Training staff
on quality standards improves organizational performance, induces cost savings,
and gives the firm a competitive advantage.
• Skills Training - This type of
training is given to the employees to demonstrate specific skills required to
perform their jobs. In-house resources are often used to perform skills training,
which may include instruction on how to operate production machinery, how to be
a better salesperson, and so on.
• Soft Skills Training- This focuses on
the overall development of employees by improving their personality, Skills of communication,
ethical training etc. It helps produce employees who appear to be better
citizens who can perform better at work.
• Safety Training- Safety training
provides employees with the skills and knowledge they need to adopt secure
working conditions and protect themselves and their coworkers from workplace
injury. Employees who attend safety training are also more capable to identify
and report hazards at work. Fire drills, first aid, construction safety, Hazmat
safety, and other aspects of safety training are all important. Safety training
is critical for employee security and reducing productivity interruption due to
worker injury
